The introductory Zumba session was successfully held today at the Parish Hall. 9 people attended the vibrant class, dancing to the upbeat music – salsa, cha cha, and possibly a little bit of belly dance. Lots of sweat and fun. The body was creaking in many parts – knees, hips, and some parts you didn’t know exist! The instructor Kim was a delight, the music was lively, it was a good way to get the body going.
The class is called the gold Zumba, catering for more mature participants. Not too fast, not too slow, just right. But the class is open to people of all ages- young and mature.
The class will resume again next Tuesday 6 February and every Tuesday after that.
Come and join the fun 🙂
